Introduction
This presentation outlines the Government’s Make Work Pay plan and the Employment Rights Bill, aimed at improving job security, fairness, productivity and equality. It includes reforms to strengthen worker rights, modernise trade union rules, ensure fair pay, and enhance enforcement via a new Fair Work Agency.
