Paul’s career in the fitness sector started in 1996 when he joined 3d Leisure as a fitness instructor. After holding many roles in the company he was promoted to the Board in 2000 and become Managing Director in 2012.
As Managing Director, Paul is responsible for the performance of over 150 clubs across the UK.
