Following a short career as a professional cricketer, Neil has spent more than 25 years in the health and fitness industry. He began his career as a Fitness Instructor at Holmes Place before spending a further nine years with Virgin Active, where he progressed to the role of General Manager.
Since then, Neil has held senior leadership positions including Regional Director at LA Fitness, COO at GO! Mammoth, and COO and CEO at Anytime Fitness UK Master Franchise. In November 2022, Neil was appointed CEO of Urban Gym Group, where he is responsible for driving growth through the opening and acquisition of new locations. Urban Gym Group now owns and operates more than 60 clubs across two countries.
