Sonia Adesara is an NHS GP, health commentator and campaigner. Alongside being a fitness enthusiast herself, she is passionate about the benefits of physical activity on health, wellbeing and communities.
She has previously worked in national health policy as a former National Medical Clinical Fellow. She currently serves as chair of the Fabian Society, a public policy think-tank.
She has published widely in academic journals, as well as in newspapers and magazines such as Women’s Health. She regularly features on the broadcast media, from Sky News to Good Morning Britain, discussing health and politics.
