Chloe Kinch is Director of Client Success and part-owner at Proinsight, where she supports more than 200 clients in turning customer insight into meaningful action. After starting her career in leisure membership sales and progressing through senior commercial roles, she joined Proinsight in 2017 as its first Account Manager and helped shape the client success function. Chloe also supports Proinsight’s work with the ukactive Awards, where the company delivers independent assessment and validation to strengthen the judging process.
