Starting her career selling memberships in her local leisure centre, Chloe understands what is required to set consumers on their journey to achieve a more active lifestyle.
For the last 7 years, Chloe has supported the vast majority of operators to help them improve their customer journey by delivering consumer insights through mystery shopping.
Alongside providing insights to operators, Chloe has also worked on a variety of research projects for suppliers to help them better their offering, as well as partnering with suppliers to create bespoke solutions for operators.
Whilst no gym is complete without equipment, Chloe strongly believes that it’s the ‘sense of belonging’ that will keep customers returning to their local facilities and is therefore committed to being the voice for the suppliers who deliver professional services that provide data and analytics to drive CX.
With experience in delivering B2C and B2B research projects inside and outside of the sector, Chloe will bring extensive knowledge to represent the supplier council.
