Ben’s experience spans more than 30 years in the leisure industry, and covers all areas of operations, including product and digital development. At Everyone Active, he leads group development across more than 250+ leisure facilities in partnership with 70 local authority partners. The breadth of his role covers all aspects of its business, including how operations can be scaled across the portfolio with maximum efficiency.
Everyone Active aims to work together with partners to transform the wellbeing of communities and support people to be active and stay healthy. Whether it is state-of-the art gym equipment, excellent sports facilities, Swim England-accredited swimming programmes or fun activities for children, its centres aim to offer something for the entire community.
