Denise Din is Group Head of Health and Safety at PureGym, leading health, safety and risk strategy across a large, multi‑site leisure portfolio. She has over 25 years’ experience spanning commercial leisure and local government, with a strong background in statutory compliance, governance and high‑footfall environments. Denise previously held senior roles at Away Resorts and The Bannatyne Group and spent 18 years as a local authority Environmental Health Officer, exercising enforcement powers under health and safety and environmental legislation. She brings extensive experience in regulatory interpretation, Primary Authority working and proportionate standards development. Denise is a Certified Member of IOSH and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
