Andy has more than 30 years’ experience working in sport and hospitality. A former Welsh international golfer, his early career was grounded in the sport, with roles at The Professional Golfers’ Association, Ladies’ Golf Union and Scottish Golf. These were interspersed by spells with Marriott Hotels and De Vere Hotels.
Since leaving the golf industry in 2016, Andy was CEO at British Triathlon until 2024 when he took the reins at Swim England, where he has been focused on leading a transformation of the organisation through the development of a new strategy and cultural reform.
