Currently retained as a Brand Ambassador for Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland, Andy was co-founder and franchisor for AFUK, purchasing the master rights in 2010 and exiting through an internal share sale in 2025.
Previously he held senior property management roles with Sainsburys Plc, managing their site selection strategy and store investment programmes. Andy joined Sainsburys following an exit as joint owner of a consultancy, providing retail site selection products & services to UK & global clients. He has worked in market intelligence for Rank Leisure, moving there from roles in data analytics.
He has an MSc in Information Technology, a BSc in Topographic Science and spent his early career as an offshore hydrographic surveyor in oil and gas. He is an ICF ACC qualified coach and holds a number of outdoor sports coaching qualifications and certifications.
