How to enter
Review the award category criteria, entry requirements, and submission form instructions to decide which categories to enter. Then, sign in to your ukactive account, purchase your award entry through the ukactive Shop and complete the payment process by Friday 8 May 2026. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and credit will be added to your account, allowing you to submit your entry.
The submission forms will be accessible from the week commencing 20 April 2026 under your ‘My Account’ area.
Be sure to complete and submit your entry before the final deadline on Friday 15 May 2026.
