Wrth i&#x27;r diwydiant barhau i dyfu, gall y Llywodraeth wneud y gorau o&#x27;r cyfleoedd y mae&#x27;n eu cynnig ar gyfer cyflogaeth a datblygu sgiliau ochr yn ochr ag iechyd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae ein sector yn sefyll yn barod i weithio gyda'r Llywodraeth i fynd i'rn afael \u00e2'r argyfwng hwn, fel y dangosir gan gyfranogiad ein aelodau yn y fenter Cadw Prydain i Weithio.
