Cyhoeddwyd enillwyr Gwobrau ukactive 2024 yn ystod noson o ddathlu yn Birmingham a aflwyddodd gynnydd a thwf y sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Adnabuwyd y gorau o'r gorau yng ngwobrau mwyaf mawrthwyol yr zdiwydiant, gyda mwy wyth 800 o bobl yn ymuno \u00e2'r seremoni yn yr ICC yn Birmingham.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cyflwynwyd y Gwobrau, a noddwyd gan STA, gan yr Athro Greg Whyte OBE a'r comediwr Esther Manito, a aeth drwy'r ystod wych o weithredwyr, cyflenwyr ac unigolion a gyrhaeddodd y rhestr fer ar draws 16 categori. Mae rhestr thelynaidd o''r enillwyr ar gael isod.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Enillodd Everyone Active Wobr ddyheadwy Clwb\/Canolfan Genedlaethol y Flwyddyn ar gyfer ei Ganolfan Nofio, Tenis a Lles Gymunedol Silksworth, yn ogystal \u00e2 thair gwobr Clwb Rhanbarthol y Flwyddyn, a Gwobr Sefydliad Rhagorol y Flwyddyn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Roedd Brimhams Active hefyd yn enwogwr mawr ar y noson, gan gael ei gydnabod am ei waith cynhwysiant eang trwy gipio\u2019r wobr am y categori Cydraddoldeb, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant, yn ogystal \u00e2 Gwobr Cymunedau Iach am wneud iechyd yn rhan annatod o\u2019r ffordd y mae\u2019n gweithredu.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Eleni, cafodd y Wobr Arweinyddiaeth Eithriadol ei rhannu yn ddwy wobr unigol; un am Arweinydd Unigol Eithriadol a'r llall am D\u00eem Arweinyddiaeth Eithriadol.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Derbyniodd Lorraine Patrinos, Cyfarwyddwr Pobl yn GLL, gymeradwyaeth debyg pan gafodd ei henwi'n enillydd Gwobr Arweinydd Unigol Eithriadol am ei gwaith yn dylunio, gyrru a gweithredu prosiectau newid sefydliadol ar gyfer effaith fusnes fawr. Roedd y beirniaid wedi canmol ei gwaith i gefnogi gweithwyr ledled y sefydliad cyfan.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

Datganwyd T\u00eem Arweinyddiaeth Rheoli Nofio InspireAll yn enillydd Gwobr Arweinyddiaeth T\u00eem Eithriadol, fel y dewiswyd gan bleidlais gyhoeddus, a chanmolwyd y t\u00eem am ei berfformiad a dorrodd recordiau yn 2023-24,\u00a0y cyfnod hwnnw, fe wnaeth ragori ar dargedau ariannol yn ogystal \u00e2 chynyddu ymwybyddiaeth ac ymgysylltiad \u00e2'i gynllun cadw 22% flwyddyn ar \u00f4l blwyddyn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Enillodd y fenter gymdeithasol Good Boost Wobr Cyflenwr y Flwyddyn am ddarparu cynnyrch y profwyd ei fod yn cefnogi cynnydd yn nifer y sesiynau gweithgaredd y mae'r rhai sy'n newydd i amgylchedd clwb iechyd wedi cymryd rhan ynddynt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Yn y categor\u00efau unigol, enillodd Danii Vipond Houghton, rheol Mwyaf Iach (Better Health) yn GLL, y Wobr Arwr Gweithgaredd Corfforol am ei hymrwymiad parhaus i ysbrydoli cyfranogiad ymhlith pobl nad ydynt yn meddwl bod bod yn weithgar ar eu cyfer. Roedd enwebiad Danii yn rhoi clod iddi am ddod \u00e2 mwy o bobl newydd na 5,000 drwy'r drws, cyflawni dros 400 o atgyfeiriadau Healthwise, a codi dros \u00a3150,000 mewn cyllid tuag at gynaliadwyedd y gwasanaethau hamdden.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cafwyd cymeradwyaeth uchel iawn i Tara Dillon, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol CIMSPA, a dderbyniodd Wobr Cydnabyddiaeth Arbennig Jan Spaticchia am ei heffaith enfawr o fewn the diwydiant a'\u0644\u0647\u0627 uchelgais ddiwyro i sicrhau bod gan y sector gweithgaredd corfforol weithlu gwerthfawr a chynhwysol i helpu pobl i fod yn fwy actif.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aeth Gwobr Adeiladu Newydd neu Ddylunio y Flwyddyn i GT3 Architects am ei waith yn adeiladu Canolfan Chwaraeon a Hamdden Morpeth mewn partneriaeth Cyngor Sir Northumberland ac Active Northumberland. Canmolodd y beirniaid y datblygiad am ei ystyriaeth o\u2019r amgylchedd a chanmolasant GT3 am wneud y safle yn hygyrch i bawb yn yr ardal.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Gwelodd Gwobrau ukactive eleni enwebiadau o bob rhan o'r sector, gyda'r beirniaid yn clodfori'r ansawdd uchel a'\u0627\u0644\u0634' yr ymdrechion rhagorol a ddangoswyd gan yr holl rownd a rownd derfynol.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cafodd pob ymgeiswyr asesiad annibynnol trwyadl a ddarparwyd gan bartner proses Gwobrau ukactive, ProInsight, a dyluniwyd i ddewis y gorau ym mhob categori o blith cannoedd o ymgeiswyr. Darparodd y beirniaid adborth gwerthfawr i bob ymgeisydd, er mwyn helpu i wella ac i hyrwyddo llwyddiant.\u00a0<\/p>\n
