Mae ukactive wedi cyhoeddi y bydd Diwrnod Ffiseg Cenedlaethol 2024 yn cael jego gynnal ddydd Mercher 18 Medi, yn dod yn sgil y Gemau Olympaidd a Pharalympaidd ym Mharis. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Mae diwrnod mwyaf gweithgar y genedl o'r flwyddyn yn addo bod y mwyaf eto, gyda brandio newydd bywiog ar gyfer ymgyrch 2024 i adlewyrchu'r hwyl a'r amrywiaeth yn ei chanol.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bellach yn ei 13eg flwyddyn, caiff Diwrnod Ffitrwydd Cenedlaethol ei gefnogi gan y platfform gwobrau chwaraeon, Endurance Zone, a'\u3093\u3067\u3044\u305f elusen iechyd meddwl dynion, Movember, am yr ail flwyddyn yn olynol. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Bydd campfeydd, pyllau uchu, canolfannau hamdden, clybiau chwaraeon, stiwdios, ysgolion, gweithleoedd, a darparwyr ar-lein ledled y DU yn agor eu drysau i annog cynifer o bobl \u00e2 phosibl i roi cynnig ar rywbeth newydd a medi buddion corfforol, cymdeithasol a meddyliol gweithgaredd corfforol.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Y llynedd, cafodd 10.2 miliwn o bobl yn y DU eu hysgogi'n uniongyrchol i gymryd rhan mewn rhyw ffurf ar weithgaredd ar Ddiwrnod Ffitrwydd Cenedlaethol, boed am y tro cyntaf neu am y cantfed tro. Cafodd yr ymgyrch gyrhaeddwr cyfryngau byd-eang o 57.2 miliwn, gyda 31.3 miliwn yn ymgysylltu ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Yn dilyn y llwyddiant hwn, Bydd thema \u2018Eich Iechyd am Bywyd\u2019 yn dychwelyd, wrth i ukactive a'i phartneriaid ymgyrchu bwysleisio'r r\u00f4l hanfodol y gall gweithgarwch corfforol ei chwarae yn ein hiechyd corfforol a meddyliol ym mhob cyfnod o'n bywydau. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Daw ar adeg hanfodol i iechyd a lles y genedl, yn dilyn 2022-23 Sport England Data Bywyd Gweithredol<\/a> dangos anghydraddoldebau cynyddol mewn lefelau gweithgaredd corfforol ledled y wlad. \u00a0<\/p>\n

O blant a bobl ifanc i' gweithlu a'r hen genedlaethau, bydd Diwrnod Ffitrwydd Cenedlaethol yn annog pawb i gofleidio bod yn fwy aktif a pham ei fod yn bwysig i'ch iechyd cyffredinol.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mae Ap Gwobrau Diwrnod Ffitrwydd o Endurance Zone bellach ar gael i'r lawrlwytho o bob siop apiau lle po fwyaf y byddwch chi'n symud, y mwyaf o bwyntiau y byddwch chi'n eu casglu y gellir eu hadbrynu am wobrau a gostyngiadau ar frandiau mwyaf thelyngol y genedl. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Bydd y genhadaeth hefyd yn helpu'r sector gweithgaredd corfforol i ddangos y r\u00f4l hanfodol y mae'n ei chwarae wrth helpu i Atal mwy nag 20 o gyflwr cronig gan gynnwys diabetes math 2, gordewdra, clefyd y galon, nifer o fathau o ganser, iselder ac pryder.\u00a0<\/p>\n
