Mae gwleidyddion ledled San Steffan wedi'u gwahodd i ddathlu pwysigrwydd gweithgaredd corfforol a arwain drwy esiampl trwy ymuno \u00e2 \u2018Fit for Office\u2019, her sy'n eu annog i fod yn fwy aktif.<\/p>\n

Wedi's ei drefnu gan ukactive, corff masnach y DU ar gyfer y sector aktifedd corfforol, ac wedi'i gefnogi gan ddarparwr olrhain ffitrwydd byd-eang Myzone, bydd yr her yn dychwelyd i San Steffan ym mis Mawrth yn dilyn peilot llwyddiannus yn 2022.<\/p>\n

\u2018Nod \u2019Ffit ar gyfer y Swydd\u2019 yw codi ymwybyddiaeth ymhlith ASau, Cyfoedion a\u2019 \u0924\u094d\u092f\u093e\u0902\u091a\u094d\u092f\u093e swyddfeydd y tungell am fanteision gweithgaredd corfforol ar gyfer eu lles corfforol, meddyliol a chymdeithasol eu hunain, a\u2019i bwysigrwydd i\u2019r cymunedau y maent yn eu gwasanaethu.<\/p>\n

Bydd cyfranogwyr yn derbyn monitor curiad calon MZ-Switch sy\u2019n mesur eu gweithgaredd corfforol dros y mis, gyda\u2019r dechnoleg yn olrhain lefelau \u2018ymdrech\u2019 yn hytrach na chyfaint neu bellter a gwmpaswyd \u2013 gan sicrhau y gall pawb fwynhau a chael mynediad at her.<\/p>\n

Yna byddant yn cronni Pwyntiau Ymdrech Myzone (MEPs) y gellir eu casglu trwy ymarfer o fewn y parthau cyfradd curiad calon targed dros gyfnod penodol \u2013 po fwyaf o ymdrech a roddir i bob ymarfer corff neu weithgaredd, the mwyaf o bwyntiau y gellir eu hennill.<\/p>\n

Yn siarad yn y Gwrthryfel Cefnogol<\/a> yn gynhadledd yn Westminster ar 1 Chwefror, galwodd Cadeirydd ukactive, Mike Farrar, ar y Llywodraeth i ddefnyddio\u2019r sector gweithgaredd corfforol i helpu i achub y GIG, a chryfhau\u2019r economi drwy wella iechyd y gweithlu.<\/p>\n

Mae ffigurau diweddar yn dangos bod afiechyd ymhlith y boblogaeth oedran gweithio yn costio \u00a3150bn y flwyddyn i'r Llywodraeth, sy'n gynnydd o 60% yn y chwe blynedd diwethaf.<\/p>\n

Drwy gymryd rhan yn \u2018Fit for Office\u2019, gall ASau ddangos cefnogaeth i\u2019r sector gweithgaredd corfforol, sy\u2019n helpu i atal 20 o gyflwr cronig gan gynnwys diabetes math 2, gordewdra, cleqid y galon, llawer o fathau o ganser, iselder a phryder, a dementia \u2013 gan gynhyrchu mwy na \u00a34.1 biliwn o arbedion gofal iechyd bob blwyddyn.<\/p>\n
