Mae''r dystiolaeth yn ddiymwad \u2013 rhowch weithgarwch corfforol yn eich strategaeth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae chwarter (25.8%) o&#x27;r boblogaeth yng Nghymru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportengland.org\/news\/adults-activity-levels-england-bounce-back-pre-pandemic-levels\">dosbarthwyd fel anweithredol<\/a> (sy'n cyfartalu llai na 30 munud o ymarfer corff yr wythnos).<\/p>\n<p>Daw neges Mike wrth i ukactive heddiw ddatgelu canfyddiadau newydd o&#x27;i Arolwg Ymgysylltu Defnyddwyr* gyda Savanta, sy&#x27;n dangos y byddai&#x27;n well gan fwy na phumed (21%) o bobl sydd \u00e2 chyflwr iechyd dderbyn cymorth am eu cyflwr mewn campfa neu gyfleuster hamdden yn hytrach nag mewn ysbyty. Mae&#x27;r ffigwr yn codi i 34% o bobl rhwng 16 a 34 oed.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r cyflwr yn cynnwys canser, cyflymrau iechyd meddwl, diabetes a chyflymrau arennau, cyflymrau cyhyrysgerbydol, clefydau anadlol, clefydau treulio, clefydau cardiofasgwlaidd, anhwylderau niwrolegol, clefydau croen a isgroenol a chlefydau organau synhwyro.<\/p>\n<p>Cafodd pleidleisio dilynol gan Active Insight ei gynnal i ddeall beth sy'n apelio at bobl am gael cefnogaeth ar gyfer cyflwr iechyd mewn campfa neu ganolfan hamdden yn hytrach nag mewn lleoliad ysbyty. Roedd awgrymiadau gan y panel defnyddwyr yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nid yw&#x27;n golygu bod mewn lleoliad clinigol (21%)<\/li>\n<li>mae&#x27;n amgylchedd mwy cyfforddus (19%)<\/li>\n<li>mae&#x27;n amgylchedd llai brawychus (17%)<\/li>\n<li>mae&#x27;n haws teithio i&#x27;r gampfa, h.y. pellter\/cyfleustra&#x27;r lleoliad (16%)<\/li>\n<li>Gallaf roi cynnig ar weithgareddau eraill yn y cyfleuster a allai fy helpu (14%)<\/li>\n<li>mae&#x27;n golygu bod o gwmpas pobl eraill sydd wedi&#x27;u cymell i fod yn weithgar ac yn iach (13%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Annogodd Mike y Llywodraeth i harneisio galw o'r fath, nid yn unig i helpu pobl i wella eu hiechyd a'u lles, ond hefyd i leihau pwysau ar y GIG a gwella iechyd y gweithlu i roi hwb i'r economi.<\/p>\n<p>Mae afiechyd ymhlith y boblogaeth oedran gweithio yn costio \u00a3150bn y flwyddyn i&#x27;r Llywodraeth, cynnydd o 60% dros y chwe blynedd diwethaf. Mwy na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/long-read\/monthly-operational-statistics-december-2023\/\">7.71 miliwn<\/a> mae pobl ar hyn o bryd yn disgwyl am driniaeth ar y GIG a drosodd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/statistics\/assets\/docs\/hssh2223.pdf\">35.2 miliwn<\/a> colli diwrnodau gwaith yn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/statistics\/assets\/docs\/hssh2223.pdf\">2022-23<\/a> o achos afiechyd neu anaf cysylltiedig gwaith hunan-gofrestredig, gan danlinellu\u2019r brys am atebion.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Mike y dylai mynd i'\u0650i afael \u00e2 phroblemau iechyd gwael sylfaenol y DU fod yn flaenoriaeth genedlaethol i Rishi Sunak a Keir Starmer wrth iddynt geisio ffurfio'r Llywodraeth nesaf, ac y mae'n rhaid iddynt greu'r dirwedd weithredu iawn ar gyfer twf ym mhob rhan o'r sector \u2013 gan gynnwys ar gyfer gweithredwyr cyhoeddus, preifat a annibynnol.<\/p>\n<p>Rhestrodd y llyfynnau gofynnol ar gyfer twf y sector, gan gynnwys mesurau treth a rheoleiddio ar ffurf rhyddhad TAW a diwygiad ar gyfraddau busnes i weithredwyr ffitrwydd a hamdden; ehangu cynllun Gwaith ar y Beic i gynnwys aelodaeth o gampfeydd ac offer ffitrwydd; a chynllun ar gyfer diwygio hamdden y sector cyhoeddus, i ddiogelu dyfodol cyfleusterau cymunedol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gweithgaredd corfforol yn helpu i Atal 20 cyflwr cronig, gan gynnwys diabetes math 2, gordewdra, clefyd y galon, llawer o fathau o ganser, cyflymderau MSK, iselder a gorbryder, a dementia \u2013 gan gynhyrchu drosodd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportengland.org\/news\/why-investing-physical-activity-great-our-health-and-our-nation\">\u00a34.1 biliwn<\/a> mewn arbedion gofal iechyd bob blwyddyn.<\/p>\n<p>Mae nifer o raglenni eisoes yn cael their cynnig gan weithredwyr gweithgaredd corfforol a hamdden sy\u2019n cefnogi pobl \u00e2 llawer o\u2019r cyflyrau hyn ac yn dangos potensial y sector i allu cefnogi\u2019r GIG yn uniongyrchol. ukactive\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/cy\/news\/trailblazing-pilot-sees-musculoskeletal-programme-expand-to-100-leisure-centres-as-ukactive-ramps-up-activity-therapy-service\/\">rhaglen beilot cyhyrysgerbydol (MSK)<\/a> a'i bartneriaeth Ymddiriedolaeth Ysbyty Guy's a St Thomas sy'n gweld meddygon yn cynnig <a href=\"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/cy\/news\/pilot-offers-physiotherapy-in-local-gyms\/\">sesiynau ffisiotherapi o fewn campfeydd<\/a> a chanolfannau hamdden ledled Llundain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mewn Cyfodiad 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Active Uprising yw prif gynhadledd ukactive ac mae'n digwydd heddiw yng Nghanolfan QEII yn Westminster, Llundain, gyda chynulleidfa o 500 o arweinwyr o bob rhan o'r sector gweithgaredd corfforol, sectorau partner ac asiantaethau.<\/p>\n<p>Cynnwys siaradwyr eraill y cyn-Llewes Jill Scott MBE, sy\u2019n aelod annibynnol o Dasglu Gweithgaredd Corfforol Cenedlaethol y Llywodraeth ac sy\u2019n ymuno \u00e2\u2019r digwyddiad i drafod ei uchelgeisiau i helpu i greu cenedl fwy egn\u00efol, iachach; y Gweinidog Chwaraeon, Stuart Andrew AS, a Sarah Coghlan, Arbenigwr Iechyd Dynion ar gyfer Movember.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd Kim Leadbeater AS yn cadeirio trafodaeth iechyd ar sut y gall y GIG a'r sector gweithgaredd corfforol ddod yn fwy integredig, gyda'r panelwyr, Charlotte Osborn-Forde, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol yn y Academi Genedlaethol ar gyfer Rhagnodi Cymdeithasol; Ben Beevers, Cyfarwyddwr Datblygu Gr\u0175p yn Everyone Active; Emmerline Irving, Pennaeth Gwella Iechyd y Boblogaeth ym Mhartneriaeth Iechyd a Gofal Gorllewin Swydd Efrog; Dr Davina Deniszczyc, Cyfarwyddwr Meddygol a Elusen, Swyddog Cyfrifol yn Nuffield Health; a George MacGinnis, Cyfarwyddwr Her dros Heneiddio Iach yn UKRI.<\/p>\n<p>O dan y thema \u2018Tyfiant, datblygu, a gwella iechyd y genedl\u2019, bydd cynrychiolwyr hefyd yn clywed gan y hyfforddwr diwylliant a arweinyddiaeth Dean Leak, ac yn dysgu gan arbenigwyr mewn cynaliadwyedd amgylcheddol, ymgysylltu \u00e2 defnyddwyr, amrywiaeth a chynhwysiant, safonau, ac AI.<\/p>\n<p>Arolwg Ymgysylltu Defnyddwyr ukactive a gynhaliwyd gan Savanta, a holodd 2,082 o oedolion y DU rhwng 4 a 11 Ionawr 2024, gan gynnwys 805 o ymatebwyr \u00e2 chyflwr iechyd (39.1% o&#x27;r sampl gyfan).
