Mae cleifion ffisiotherapi yn cael cynnig trewigaeth mewn campfeydd a chanolfannau hamdden mewn peilot arloesol sy'n anelu at wneud gofal yn fwy cyfleus trwy ei ddwyn yn nes at adref.<\/p>\n

Mae Guy\u2019s and St Thomas\u2019 wedi partneru \u00e2 ukactive i wella mynediad at wasanaethau adsefydlu a therapi cyhyrysgerbydol yn y gymuned.<\/p>\n

Tua hanner cyfeiriadau\u2019r t\u00eem yw ar gyfer cleifion sy'n dioddef o boen yng ngwaelod y cefn, ac mae ymarfer corff rheolaidd yn allweddol i'w hadferiad.<\/p>\n

Mae mwyafrif y cleifion eraill angen gwella eu ffitrwydd a'u cryfder cyhyrau oherwydd cyflymderau sylfaenol megis anafiadau, arthritis neu ffibromialgia.<\/p>\n

Dros y cyfnod peilot 18 mis, disgwylir i oddeutu 25,000 o gleifion elwa. Mae'r prosiect yn cyfuno arbenigedd staff arbenigol y Ymddiriedolaeth \u00e2 chyfarpar campfa o ansawdd uchel yng Nghanolfan Hamdden Castle yn Elephant and Castle, a Chanolfan Hamdden Brixton a Chanolfan Hamdden a Rhew Streatham.<\/p>\n

Gall cleifion elwa ar fwy o le ac ystod lawer eang o offer nag ar safleoedd campfa\u2019r ysbyty. Mae\u2019r rhain yn cynnwys matiau, panciau, stepwyr a thraws-hyffordwyr a all gefnogi adsefydlu penodol yn well yn ogystal \u00e2 ffitrwydd cyffredinol, hyder a lles meddyliol.<\/p>\n

Fel bonws ychwanegol, mae cleifion yn gallu defnyddio cyfleusterau ehangach y gampfa \u2013 gan gynnwys y pwll, y sawna a chyfleusterau'r ystafell st\u00eam \u2013 am ddim ar y diwrnodau y maent yn theledu gwasanaethau ffisio.<\/p>\n

Disgwylir y bydd cael mynediad at driniaeth mewn campfa leol yn galluogi cleifion i ennill hyder wrth ddefnyddio cyfarpar ac o bosibl gymryd aelodaeth \u2013 gan ei gwneud yn fwy tebygol y byddant yn ymarfer yn rheolaear. Mae cleifion yn gallu cael aelodaeth o gampfeydd ar ostyngiad unwaith y bydd eu triniaeth yn gorffen.<\/p>\n

Cymerodd ran yn wreiddiol mewn sesiynau gr\u0175p yn Ysbyty Guy, ond cafodd hi fod y sesiynau un-i-un a dderbyniodd yn yr haf yng Nghanolfan Hamdden Castle yn llawer mwy cynhyrchiol gan ei hi'n gallu codi pwysau a gwneud plyometreg, math o hyfforddiant ymarfer corff sy'n defnyddio cyflymder a grym gwahanol symudiadau i adeiladu p\u0175er cyhyrau.<\/p>\n

Roedd y gampfa hefyd yn fwy cyfleus iddi gyrraedd o'\u0644\u0647\u0627 swydd ran-amser fel athro dawns a choreograffydd mewn ysgol yn Baker Street.<\/p>\n

Meddai Samantha, 38 oed: \u201cNewidiodd y sesiynau fy mywyd. Pan fyddwch chi\u2019n mynd i\u2019r ysbyty, dim ond cymaint y gallwch chi ei wneud tra bod y gampfa yn anhygoel gan ei bod hi\u2019n hawdd iawn gwneud cynnydd.<\/p>\n

\u201cRoedd nhw'n dda iawn ac yn gefnogol pan oeddwn i'n dychryn bod fy nyfiniad i fyny ac i lawr. Fe wnaethon nhw wir addasu'r ymarferion i'm nodau a oedd yn cynnwys gallu troelli a dawnsio mewn sodlau eto!\u201d<\/p>\n

Mae Samantha, sy'n byw yng Ngogledd Woolwich, wedi bod yn mynd i gampfa ger ei thy ond mae'n ystyried ymuno \u00e2 Chanolfan Hamdden Castle gan fod y cyfleusterau'n well. Erbyn i'nae anaf wella'n aruthrol, mae'n gobeithio lansio ei busnes parti dawns ei hun.<\/p>\n

Mae symud i gampfeydd lleol hefyd wedi golygu ei hi'n bosibl i'n t\u00eem ffisio weld hyd at dri claf ar y tro, gan leihau amseroedd aros ac ychwanegu elfen gymdeithasol y mae astudiaethau'n dangos a all wella presenoldeb, ysgogiad a phrofiad y claf.<\/p>\n

Cymerodd y athro meithrin Zina Georgieva ran yn y dosbarthiadau adsefydlu cefn gr\u0175p yn Ganolfan Hamdden Castell ar \u00f4l anafu ei hun yn y gwaith. Roedd y lleoliad cyfleus yn golygu ei bod yn gallu teithio i\u2019r sesiynau mewn 10 munud yn unig.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Zina, 31 oed: \u201cDoeddwn i ddim yn gwybod beth i'\u3067\u3057\u305f\u304c ddisgwyl o'r dosbarthiadau ond nhw oedd y peth gorau wnes i erioed \u2013 yn wirioneddol gefnogol a defnyddiol. Nid oedd yn ymwneud \u00e2 gwneud yr ymarferion yn unig, roedd elfen o gefnogaeth iechyd meddwl yno hefyd gan eich bod hefyd yn cael siarad \u00e2 phobl eraill a oedd yn gwybod sut roeddwn chi'n teimlo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Canolfan Hamdden Castell oedd y lleoliad cyntaf i ddod ar gael ym mis Chwefror 2023. Pedwarblygodd y nifer a dmyunodd yn y mis cyntaf, gyda chyfartaledd o 150 i 200 o gleifion bellach yn cael eu gweld bob wythnos.<\/p>\n

Dewiswyd Canolfan Hamdden Brixton fel un o'\u0d15\u0d33\u0d41\u0d1f\u0d46 lleoliadau ychwanegol gan ei bod yn cynnig sesiynau campfa i ferched yn unig, a restrwyd fel rhywbeth pwysig i rai cleifion mewn arolwg cyn-beilot.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Jenny Heal, arweinydd prosiect a ffisiotherapydd cyhyrysgerbydol clinigol,<\/strong>Rydym yn gwybod bod rhwystrs sylweddol i rai cleifion yn cael mynediad at ein gwasanaethau, o'r stigma sydd ynghlwm wrth gael mynediad at unedau gofal iechyd arbenigol i'r rheini sy'n gorfforol analluog i deithio i safleoedd yng nghanol Llundain.<\/p>\n

\u201cRwy\u2019n meddwl hefyd ei bod hi\u2019n bwysig iawn grymuso cleifion i fod yn gyfrifol am eu hiechyd eu hunain. Drwy ei gwneud hi'n ha capacidade iddynt gael at ffisiotherapi yn agos at adref, rydym yn darparu cefnogaeth a ddylai arwain at well ansawdd bywyd, yn ogystal \u00e2 llai o faich ar the GIG. Rydym yn gobeithio gwirionedd y gellir cyflwyno\u2019r fenter hon yn ehangach ledled yr Ymddiriedolaeth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mae ukactive wedi helpu i sefydlu\u2019r peilot drwy weithio gyda\u2019r Ymddiriedolaeth i ddylunio a chyflwyno\u2019r fenter, gan weithio gydag gweithredwyr o\u2019i aelodaeth.<\/p>\n
