{"id":20182,"date":"2023-11-30T00:01:22","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T00:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/news\/third-digital-futures-report-shows-rewards-for-operators-investing-in-digital-strategy\/"},"modified":"2023-11-30T00:01:22","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T00:01:22","slug":"third-digital-futures-report-shows-rewards-for-operators-investing-in-digital-strategy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/cy\/news\/third-digital-futures-report-shows-rewards-for-operators-investing-in-digital-strategy\/","title":{"rendered":"Mae trydydd adroddiad Digital Futures yn dangos gwobrau i weithredwyr sy'n buddsoddi mewn strategaeth ddigidol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yn \u00f4l y canfyddiadau a ryddhawyd heddiw yn nhrydedd adroddiad blynyddol Digital Futures gan ukactive a Sport England, mae sefydliadau ffitrwydd a hamdden sy'n parhau i fuddsoddi mewn trawsnewid digidol yn symud o flaen y gystadleuaeth.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r adroddiad yn dilyn trydedd flwyddyn o ymgynghori \u00e2\u2019r sector ffitrwydd a hamdden, gan ddarparu mesur o ba mor dda y mae sefydliadau\u2019n croesawu digidol ac yn tynnu sylw at y prif feysydd i\u2019w gwella o ran strategaethau, gwasanaethau a chysylltiadau digidol i ddefnyddwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#x27;r adroddiad yn cyflwyno&#x27;r darlun mwyaf cyflawn hyd yma o lefelau aeddfedrwydd digidol y sector, gyda chyfanswm o 204 o sefydliadau ffitrwydd, hamdden a chwaraeon yn cymryd rhan eleni, gan gynnwys cynnydd o 12% yn nifer y gweithredwyr preifat a gymerodd ran yn 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Ers i Ymgynghoriad Dyfodol Digidol ddechrau yn 2021, mae cyfranogiad wedi dyblu bob blwyddyn ac mae carfan eleni'n cynrychioli mwy na 2,200 o safleoedd ledled y DU (i fyny o 1,800 yn 2022) sy'n gwasanaethu amcangfrif o 5.5 miliwn o aelodau ledled y wlad. Am y tro cyntaf, roedd yr ymgynghoriad hefyd yn cynnwys Cyrff Llywodraethu Cenedlaethol ar gyfer chwaraeon a'r Rhwydwaith Partneriaeth Actif.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r twf mewn cyfranogiad yn darparu mwy o ddealltwriaeth o'r heriau a'r cyfleoedd digidol ledled y sector, sy'n golygu y gall ukactive, Sport England a phartneriaid ddarparu cefnogaeth wedi'3% addasu i galluogi'<tbody>sector i barhau i ddatblygu ei aeddfedrwydd digidol gyda'r nod eithaf o helpu gweithredwyr i gynyddu cyfranogiad mewn gweithgaredd corfforol a lleihau anghydraddoldebau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prif ganfyddiadau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyrhaeddodd pum gweithredwr statws &#x27;Arweinydd Digidol&#x27;, copa mynegai aeddfedrwydd ac effeithiolrwydd digidol, drwy sgorio 80% neu fwy, o&#x27;i gymharu \u00e2 thri yn 2022. Mae Arweinydd Digidol fel arfer yn golygu sefydliad sydd eisoes yn sicrhau bod y digidol yn cyflwyno perfformiad busnes sylweddol ac yn gosod y meincnod i gymheiriaid ei ddilyn.<\/li>\n<li>Ar gyfartaledd, cafodd sefydliadau ffitrwydd, hamdden a chwaraeon a oedd yn cymryd rhan yn yr ymgynghoriad am yr ail neu drydydd tro sg\u00f4r aeddfedrwydd digidol o 57% (+4% ar eu sg\u00f4r flaenorol), o&#x27;i gymharu \u00e2 chyfranogwyr newydd a gafodd sg\u00f4r cyfartalog o 43%. Mae hyn yn awgrymu bod ymgysylltu parhaus \u00e2 rhaglen Dyfodol Digidol yn arwain at raddfa aeddfedrwydd digidol well.<\/li>\n<li>O&#x27;r sampl gyfan, sgoriodd sefydliadau hamdden, ffitrwydd a chwaraeon y DU sg\u00f4r aeddfedrwydd digidol o 47% ar gyfartaledd ac, yn benodol, fe gyrhaeddodd sefydliadau hamdden a ffitrwydd sg\u00f4r o 51% (yr un ffigwr \u00e2 2022).
