{"id":20174,"date":"2023-11-17T08:00:15","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T08:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/news\/health-and-fitness-services-remain-at-risk-as-gyms-swimming-pools-and-leisure-facilities-report-ongoing-energy-cost-pressures\/"},"modified":"2023-11-17T08:00:15","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T08:00:15","slug":"health-and-fitness-services-remain-at-risk-as-gyms-swimming-pools-and-leisure-facilities-report-ongoing-energy-cost-pressures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/cy\/news\/health-and-fitness-services-remain-at-risk-as-gyms-swimming-pools-and-leisure-facilities-report-ongoing-energy-cost-pressures\/","title":{"rendered":"Mae gwasanaethau iechyd a ffitrwydd yn parhau i fod mewn perygl wrth i gampfeydd, pyllau unofio a chyfleusterau hamdden adrodd am bwysau costau ynni parhaus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mae gwasanaethau iechyd a ffitrwydd yn parhau i fod mewn perygl wrth i gampfeydd, pyllau unofio a chyfleusterau hamdden adrodd am bwysau costau ynni parhaus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Mae'r arolwg diweddaraf o aelodau ukactive yn datgelu pwysau parhaus costau ynni uchel ar y sector gweithgaredd corfforol.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Mae 2 o bob 5 (38.5%) o&#x27;r cyfleusterau hamdden a weithredir yn gyhoeddus yn dweud eu bod mewn perygl o leihau gwasanaethau (megis oriau agor, tymheredd pyllau neu ddosbarthiadau) \u2013 a rhai o gau&#x27;n gyfan gwbl \u2013 erbyn mis Mawrth, oherwydd costau ynni uchel.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Mae bron i un o bob pump (18.8%) o weithredwyr preifat o&#x27;r sampl wedi cau rhai neu&#x27;r cyfan o&#x27;u safleoedd ers mis Hydref 2022.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Mae ukactive yn amlinellu meysydd allweddol ar gyfer cefnogaeth y Llywodraeth.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae bron i 40% (2 o bob 5) o ganolfannau hamdden a chyfleusterau ffitrwydd cyhoeddus eraill yn ystyried lleihau gwasanaethau neu gau safleoedd yn gyfan gwbl erbyn mis Mawrth, oherwydd costau ynni uchel parhaus.<\/p>\n<p>Derbyniodd arolwg risg ynni ukactive* ymatebion gan weithredwyr y sector cyhoeddus ar draws 164 o ardaloedd cyngor yn y DU a chan weithredwyr y sector preifat a oedd yn cynrychioli cyfanswm o 801 o safleoedd.<\/p>\n<p>Canfu fod tri chwarter (75%) o gyfleusterau preifat yn hynod debygol o orfod codi eu prisiau i gwsmeriaid yn y chwe mis nesaf, gyda 87.5% eisoes wedi cael eu gorfodi i godi prisiau dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf i ymdopi \u00e2 chostau gweithredu uchel. Ni fyddai cynnydd parhaus mewn prisiau yn ddatrysiad cynaliadwy i fusnesau nac i ddefnyddwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Mewn rhai achosion, mae cost gynyddol ynni wedi cynyddu biliau gweithredwyr gan fwy na 200%.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd bron i hanner (43.8%) o&#x27;r cyfleusterau preifat a ymatebodd y byddant yn cael eu gorfodi i ystyried gwneud diswyddiadau o fewn y chwe mis nesaf. Dywedodd hanner (50%) o&#x27;r ymatebwyr eu bod eisoes wedi lleihau nifer eu staff o fewn y 12 mis cyn mis Medi 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Darparwyd cymorth gan y Llywodraeth ar ffurf Cynllun Gostyngiad Bil Ynni a gyhoeddwyd ym mis Ebrill eleni. Fodd bynnag, dim ond 9.6% o&#x27;r ymatebwyr yn y sector cyhoeddus a dderbyniodd gymorth a ddywedodd fod y cynllun wedi cael effaith sylweddol wrth wella&#x27;r sg\u00f4r risg ar gyfer eu cyfleuster.<\/p>\n<p>Daeth cefnogaeth i rai gweithredwyr yn y sector cyhoeddus ar ffurf y Gronfa Cymorth Pyllau Nofio a gyhoeddwyd ym mis Mawrth, fodd bynnag, mae&#x27;r galw wedi bod yn llawer mwy na&#x27;r cyflenwad, a dim ond llai na 50% o&#x27;r ymgeiswyr oedd yn llwyddiannus. Nid oedd llawer o ddarparwyr eraill, megis y rhai yn y sector preifat a&#x27;r rhai heb byllau, yn gymwys.<\/p>\n<p>Ym mis Awst, cyhoeddodd y Llywodraeth ei strategaeth \u2018Cael Eich Hybu\u2019 ar gyfer chwaraeon a gweithgaredd corfforol, a oedd yn nodi targedau uchelgeisiol i gael 3.5 filiwn o bobl eraill yn fwy aktif erbyn 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Eto, wrth i bwysau ariannol parhaus orfodi gweithredwyr i wneud toriadau staff, lleihau gwasanaethau hanfodol megis dosbarthiadau snofio a rhag \u10de\u10e0\u10dd\u10d2\u10e0\u10d0\u10dbau iechyd, neu hyd yn oed aros yn gau yn barhaol, mae canfyddiadau\u2019r arolwg yn tynnu sylw at y perygl parhaus i\u2019r sector ac, o ganlyniad, i iechyd a lles y genedl.<\/p>\n<p>Adroddwyd am gauiadau ar draws y rhanbarthau, gyda chymunedau lleol yn dod ynghyd i alw ar ASau a\u2019r Llywodraeth i wneud mwy i gefnogi awdurdodau lleol a busnesau lleol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ukactive wedi rhannu ei ganfyddiadau gyda'r Llywodraeth ac wedi amlinellu ei geisiadau mewn llythyr at y Canghellor a chyflwyniad llawn cyn Datganiad Hydref yr wythnos nesaf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meddai Huw Edwards, Prif Weithredwr ukactive: <\/strong>\u201cDim ond os darperir cymorth busnes parhaus i gampfeydd, pyllau nofio, a chyfleusterau hamdden, ochr yn ochr \u00e2 chynlluniau manwl i ysgogi twf yn y defnydd o wasanaethau, y gellir cyflawni uchelgais y Llywodraeth i gael miliynau yn fwy o bobl yn fywiog.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae campfeydd, pyllau nofio a chanolfannau hamdden ein cenedl yn cynrychioli ystafell beiriannau gweithgaredd corfforol yn y DU, ond mae ein harolwg yn dangos bod llawer o wasanaethau yn parhau i fod dan fygythiad gan gostau ynni uchel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae gweithredwyr yn gwneud popeth i osgoi trosglwyddo\u2019r costau hyn i gwsmeriaid, ond mae pwysau parhaus yn golygu bod gostyngiadau mewn gwasanaethau, cynnydd mewn prisiau, a diswyddiadau yn debygol iawn, a fydd ond yn gwaethygu anghydraddoldebau iechyd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs na fyddwn yn sicrhau goroesiad a thwf y cyfleusterau hyn gyda mesurau targedig, bydd ganddo oblygiadau difrifol i iechyd y genedl, y GIG, a'r economi o ran salwch yn y gweithlu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tri phrif faes ar gyfer buddsoddiad y Llywodraeth:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cyflymu cyflwyno Cam 2 y Gronfa Cefnogi Pyllau Nofio, a fydd yn cefnogi gweithredwyr hamdden cyhoeddus i sicrhau mwy o effeithlonrwydd ynni o fewn eu cyfleusterau.<\/li>\n<li>Lleihau pwysau costau gweithredu yn y ddau gyhoeddiad cyllidebol nesaf a helpu i sefydlogi&#x27;r sector drwy Ddatganiad yr Hydref y mis hwn a&#x27;r Cyllideb ym mis Mawrth. Dylai hyn gynnwys parhau \u00e2&#x27;r cymorth ardollau busnes y flwyddyn nesaf \u2013 gyda rhewi lluosydd yr ardollau busnes ac estyniad i&#x27;r rhyddhad am flwyddyn arall, ar 75%.<\/li>\n<li>Hyrwyddwch gyfranogiad i helpu i fynd i\u2019r afael ag ein argyfwng iechyd cynyddol, gyda lefelau gordewdra yn codi, bron i 8 miliwn o bobl ar restrau aros y GIG a salwch hirdymor o\u2019 \u062f\u0646\u06cc\u0627 gwaith ar lefelau uchaf erioed. Dylai\u2019r Llywodraeth gefnogi\u2019r gwaith y mae ukactive yn ei arwain gyda phartneriaid diwydiant eraill i integreiddio gwasanaethau ein aelodau i\u2019r GIG ac i annog mwy o gyfranogiad yn
