Dangosodd Arolwg Bywydau Actif 2019 Chwaraeon Lloegr fod 21% o fenywod a merched 16 oed a h\u0177n wedi cymryd rhan mewn dosbarthiadau ffitrwydd o leiaf ddwywaith yn y 28 diwrnod blaenorol. Dangosodd hefyd fod y galw&#x27;n cynyddu, gyda chynnydd o 1.6% rhwng 2018-2019 yn nifer y menywod a&#x27;r merched a gymerodd ran mewn sesiynau pwysau o leiaf ddwywaith yn y 28 diwrnod blaenorol.<\/p>\n<p>Ym mis Medi eleni, dangosodd arolwg o 2,000 o fenywod a merched gan Sport England a Savanta ComRes* awydd gan fenywod i wneud mwy o weithgarwch corfforol, gyda 57% o fenywod yn datgan eu bod yn bwriadu gwneud mwy o weithgarwch corfforol, o&#x27;i gymharu \u00e2 44% o ddynion \u2013 gan amlygu cyfle enfawr i ddarparwyr ddarparu ar gyfer y galw a&#x27;r gynulleidfa hon.<\/p>\n<p>I gefnogi datblygiad y canllaw newydd, cynhaliodd ukactive a This Girl Can arolwg arbennig gyda 1,030 o ferched a merched dros 16 oed, ynghyd \u00e2 chyfres o grwpiau ffocws.
