Ond yn ystod y pandemig, gorfodwyd cyfleusterau i gau am wyth mis, gyda dim ond 121 diwrnod o fasnachu cyfyngedig rhwng Mawrth 2020 a Mawrth 2021, gan effeithio&#x27;n ddifrifol ar lefelau gweithgarwch yn ogystal \u00e2&#x27;r busnesau sy&#x27;n eu gyrru.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ukactive yn parhau mewn trafodaethau \u00e2'r Llywodraeth ynghylch mesurau cymorth adfer COVID uniongyrchol, gan gynnwys mynd i'r afael \u00e2'r bwlch cyllido presennol mewn hamdden yn y sector cyhoeddus a ceisio datrysiad teg a Chyfartal rhwng tenantiaid a landlordiaid ynghylch rhent masnachol heb ei dalu.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth i alw gan ddefnyddwyr dyfu yn dilyn yr ailagor, mae ukactive wedi modelu'r effaith y byddai pecyn o ymyriadau gan y Llywodraeth yn ei chael wrth yrru chwyldro amserol mewn lefelau gweithgaredd i wella'r tirwedd ar gyfer y sector, gan ei helpu i gyrraedd mwy o bobl.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r mesurau gofynol yn cynnwys rhyddhad TAW, diwygiad i ardrethi busnes, buddsoddiad mewn seilwaith, cymhellion iechyd, diwygiadau i gaffael, ac adfywio strydoedd mawr gyda gwasanaethau ffitrwydd wrth wraidd iddynt.<\/p>\n<p>Am ei ran ef, mae'r sector yn ymrwymo i barhau \u00e2'5 dyfiant a'i ddatblygiad \u2013 gan weithio mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 chynigwyr gan gynnwys Sport England \u2013 i sicrhau ei fod yn gynhwysol llwyr i'\u09b8\u09cd\u09af\u09be\u09b0 cymunedau y mae'n gweithredu ynddynt.<\/p>\n<p>Y rhain yw:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mabwysiadu data a mewnwelediad defnyddwyr yn llawn i lywio penderfyniadau gWEithredol i ymgysylltu \u00e2 amrywiaeth o gynulleidfaoedd;<\/li>\n<li>Cyflawni'r safonau proffesiynol uchaf ar draws iechyd a diogelwch a ffactorau cymdeithasol ehangach;<\/li>\n<li>Rhaglenni a gwasanaethau gyrru sy'n ymdrechu i wneud cyfleusterau mor gynhwysol ag sy'n bosibl, ac yn ystwyth i gynigion a rhaglenni digidol;<\/li>\n<li>Wedi sefydlu a integreuto'n llawn i lwybrau iechyd i gefnogi llwybrau llesiant meddyliol a chymdeithasol yr GIG a'r rhai ehangach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae ukactive yn dweud, os caiff potensial y sector ei ddatgloi mewn partneriaeth \u00e2\u2019r Llywodraeth, y bydd llu o fanteision i\u2019w teimlo ledled the cymdeithas.<\/p>\n<p>Y rhain yw:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helpu's genedl i fod yn fwy cydnerth i fygythion dyfodol COVID-19, trwy well iechyd a lles;<\/li>\n<li>Lleihau pwysau ar y GIG a'r sector gofal cymdeithasol trwy gefnogi atal salwch y gellir jego osgoi, a thrwy hynny helpu i lefelu anghydraddoldebau iechyd.<\/li>\n<li>Darparu cannoedd o filiynau o bunnoedd mewn cyfraniad gwerth cymdeithasol ychwanegol i'r DU \u2013 trwy boblogaeth iachach, gwell arosfodd o fywyd a lles goddrychol, gwell cyrhaeddadd addysgol, llai o droseddau a chymunedau cryfach.<\/li>\n<li>Chwarae rhan allweddol wrth adfywio'straed y siopau a threfi lleol drwy gynnal nifer y bobl sy'n ymweld.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meddai Huw Edwards, Prif Weithredwr ukactive:<\/strong> \u201cMae ein rhagfynegiad yn dangos bod chwyldro mewn gweithgaredd corfforol o fewn ein gafael, ac y gall ddigwydd gyda thwf yn y bartneriaeth rhwng y Llywodraeth, ei ashensiadau, a'r sector ffitrwydd a hamdden<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDyma gyfle i symud y dyrnod ar iechyd y genedl dros wyth mlynedd y dyfodol, gan arwain at bump miliwn o bobl yn dod lawer mwy aktif yn eu bywydau bob dydd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBydd Diwrnod Ffitrwydd Cenedlaethol yn helpu i arddangos p\u0175er ein sector i gyrraedd pob cymuned a chynhyrchu buddion anhygoel, gan gynnwys yn feddyliol, yn gorfforol ac yn gymdeithasol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWrth i ni ddysgu byw gyda COVID-19 am y dyfodol agos, mae'n rhaid i ni wneud mwy i gefnogi gwydnwch ein cymunedau drwy sicrhau bod gan bob unigolyn fynqed at wasanaethau gweithgaredd corfforol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cByddwn yn parhau i weithio mewn partneriaeth \u00e2\u2019S Llywodraeth a\u2019i chynrychiolaethau i wireddu\u2019s uchelgeisiau hyn a sicrhau y gall ein sector dyfu i wella iechyd a llesiant ein cenedl yn ddramatig.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disgwylir i'r rhagolygon a'r mesurau gael eu trafod gan lunwyr polisi a arweinwyr sector yng Nghynhadledd ukactive, a gynhelir yn y Guildhall, Llundain, ar 13 Hydref.
