Fe'i defnyddir yn y broses gofrestru, gan ffurfio rhan o gontract y defnyddiwr, ac fe'i dyluniwyd yn ofalus i ddarparu cydbwysedd priodol o gyfrifoldeb rhwng y ddau barti.<\/p>\n<p>Wedi'i greu dros 10 mlynedd yn \u00f4l gan arbenigwyr y diwydiant, mae'r HCS bellach yn cael ei ddefnyddio gan fwy nag 1,000 o gyfleusterau ffitrwydd a hamdden ledled y DU, ac fe'it cymeradwyir a'i ddosbarthu gan ukactive.
