{"id":19372,"date":"2020-06-29T09:47:30","date_gmt":"2020-06-29T08:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/news\/ukactive-and-community-leisure-uk-call-for-urgent-support-to-stop-half-of-all-public-facilities-disappearing-by-christmas\/"},"modified":"2026-03-23T17:03:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T17:03:56","slug":"ukactive-and-community-leisure-uk-call-for-urgent-support-to-stop-half-of-all-public-facilities-disappearing-by-christmas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/cy\/news\/ukactive-and-community-leisure-uk-call-for-urgent-support-to-stop-half-of-all-public-facilities-disappearing-by-christmas\/","title":{"rendered":"Mae ukactive a Community Leisure UK yn galw am gefnogaeth frys i atal hanner yr holl gyfleusterau cyhoeddus rhag diflannu erbiners Nadolig"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae ukactive a Community Leisure UK wedi rhybuddio heddiw (29 Mehefin) y gallai bron i hanner yr holl gyfleusterau hamdden cyhoeddus yn y DU wynebu cau parhaol erbyn diwedd y flwyddyn, oni bai bod awdurdodau lleol yn derbyn cyllid brys wedi'i ddiogelu oddi wrth y Llywodraeth.<\/p>\n<p>Mae canolfannau hamdden cyhoeddus, pyllau uchelfain a gwasanaethau cymunedol a ariennir trwy awdurdodau lleol, ac a ddarperir naill ai yn fewnol neu gan ymddiriedolaethau a darparwyr rheoli, yn wynebu diffyg o fwy na \u00a3800m y flwyddyn ariannol hon (2020\u20132021).<\/p>\n<p>Yn dilyn ymgynghoriad ag aelodau, mae ukactive a Community Leisure UK yn amcangyfrif y bydd 48% o&#x27;r holl gyfleusterau hamdden cyhoeddus yn wynebu cau, sy&#x27;n golygu y gallai cymaint \u00e2 1,300 ddiflannu erbyn diwedd y flwyddyn, ynghyd \u00e2 mwy na 58,000 o swyddi.<\/p>\n<p>Ni fydd hyd at 35% yn gallu ailagor pan fydd y Llywodraeth yn caniat\u00e1u, oherwydd costau sylweddol sy&#x27;n deillio o&#x27;r anallu i gael mynediad at gymorth y llywodraeth a cholli refeniw, ar \u00f4l cael ei orfodi i gau ar 20 Mawrth.<\/p>\n<p>O ystyried adroddiadau y gallai llawer o gynghorau fethu \u00e2 thalu eu dyledion oherwydd pwysau COVID-19, mae gwasanaethau anstatudol fel hamdden cyhoeddus mewn perygl penodol. Mae darparwyr yn issidio'n drwm ar eu cynnig i sicrhau eu bod yn gallu gwasanaethu anghenion yr holl gymuned, ac felly nid ydynt yn gallu datblygu cronfeydd arian parod mawr. Caiff elw ei ailfuddsoddi i ddatblygu'r cynnig.<\/p>\n<p>Mae 2,727 o gyfleusterau hamdden cyhoeddus yn y DU, sy'n cyflogi 76,000 o staff amser llawn, yn ychwanegol at staff llawrydd a gweithwyr achlysurol megis hyfforddwyr personol.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth i'r Llywodraeth gyhoeddi na fydd campfeydd dan do a chanolfannau hamdden yn ailagor ar 4 Gorffennaf, mae arweinwyr y sector yn parhau i alw am fwy o gefnogaeth a eglurder gan y Llywodraeth ar y cynlluniau ailagor gohiriedig.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ukactive a Community Leisure UK wedi ysgrifennu at bob AS heddiw, gan amlinellu\u2019<tbody>sefyllfa ariannol ddirigus y mae gweithredwyr cyhoeddus yn its wynebu y flwyddyn ariannol hon.<\/tbody>.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r cyrff wedi annog ASau i alw ar y Llywodraeth Ganolog i ddarparu cyllid a ddiogelir at ddiben penodol i gefnogi awdurdodau lleol i gynnal yr asedau cymunedol hanfodol hyn.<\/p>\n<p>Mae darpariaeth hamdden gyhoeddus yn cyfrannu \u00a33.3 biliwn mewn gwerth cymdeithasol i'<div>DU bob blwyddyn, a fesurir drwy arbedion i'r GIG yn ogystal \u00e2 gwell lles a iechyd meddwl.<\/div>.<\/p>\n<p>Mae campfeydd cyhoeddus a chyfleusterau hamdden wedi profi i gael effaith gadarnhaol ar gyrhaeddiad addysgol, cynhyrchiant, lleihau trosedd a unigrwydd, ac ymgysylltu \u00e2 chymunedau anweithgar a difreintiedig.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/cy\/reports\/moving-communities-active-leisure-trends-2019-report\/\">Un o bob pedwar<\/a> (26%) o aelodau cyfleusterau hamdden y cyhoedd sy&#x27;n dod o gefndir BAME, o&#x27;i gymharu \u00e2 14% o&#x27;r boblogaeth genedlaethol yn gyffredinol. Gyda ymchwil Chwaraeon Lloegr yn dangos mai dim ond 58% o bobl dduon a 54% o bobl Asiaidd yng Nghymru a Lloegr sy&#x27;n cael eu dosbarthu&#x27;n &#x27;weithgar&#x27;, gallai mwy o bobl o gefndiroedd BAME ddod yn anweithgar os bydd y cyfleusterau&#x27;n cau.<\/p>\n<p>Mae cyfleusterau hamdden cyhoeddus yn chwarae rhan hanfodol i bobl o grwpiau cymdeithasol-economaidd is, sydd 18% yn llai tebygol o fod yn weithgar na&#x27;r rhai o&#x27;r grwpiau mwyaf cefnog, yn \u00f4l y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportengland.org\/activelivesapr20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arolwg Bywydau Cynhyrfus<\/a>, ond canfyddir 10% o gyfleusterau hamdden cyhoeddus yn ardaloedd mwyaf difreintiedig y DU.<\/p>\n<p>Heb y veithred ar unwaith gellid colli'r gwasanaethau the
