Er bod hyn yn dangos cynrychiolaeth gadarnhaol mewn cyfleusterau hamdden cyhoeddus, mae ymchwil gan Sport England yn dangos anghydraddoldebau amlwg mewn <a href=\"https:\/\/sportengland-production-files.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com\/s3fs-public\/2020-04\/Active%20Lives%20Adult%20November%2018-19%20Report..pdf?BhkAy2K28pd9bDEz_NuisHl2ppuqJtpZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lefelau gweithgaredd BAME<\/a> yn gyffredinol, gyda dim ond 58% o bobl dduon a 54% o bobl Asiaidd yng Nghymru a Lloegr wedi&#x27;u dosbarthu fel &#x27;gweithgar&#x27; \u2013 sy&#x27;n dangos yn glir y gellir gwneud mwy i wella cynhwysiant a lleihau anghydraddoldeb yn y sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mae Born Barikor, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol a Sylfaenwr Our Parks, a Michael Kiggundo, Swyddog Marchnata Digidol yn ukactive, yn trafod eu profiadau o weithio o fewn the sector gweithgaredd corfforol a chynrychiolaeth BAME. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael:<\/strong> Wrth i\u2019r sgwrs am hil dodi yn \u00f4l i\u2019r amlwg dros yr ychydig wythnosau diwethaf, mae\u2019n bryd cael sgwrs wirioneddol onest ac agored am amrywiaeth o fewn y sectorau gweithgaredd corfforol a chwaraeon. Mae\u2019r sgwrs hon yn un bwysig a phrydlon yng ngoleuni\u2019r hinsawdd gymdeithasol\/wleidyddol gyfredol, ac mae hi dros ei phryd o bell ffordd. Born, dywedwch wrthym ychydig am eich taith.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ganwyd:<\/strong> Wrth dyfu up ar yst\u00e2d gyngor yn Nwyrain Llundain mewn aelwyd un-magwr ac yn un o dri o fechgyn, gallaf ddweud yn ddi-flewyn-ar-dafod fod gwneud yr hyn y mae'n ei wneud heddiw yn fil o filltiroedd i ffwrdd o eistedd ar y wal gyda fy ngfeillion a chwarae \u2018dyna fy nghar i!\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Roedd y rhan y chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol yn ei chwarae yn fy mywyd wedi fy mynegu i gwrdd \u00e2 phobl ac arweinwyr a fyddai'n newid y ffordd yr wyf yn edrych ar y byd. Symud ymlaen yn gyflym i nawr, wyf y Prif Swyddog Gweithredol a Sylfaenwyr Our Parks, sy'n un o's sefydliadau mwyaf y mae eu prif bwrpas yn mynd i'r afael ag anweithgarwch ac anghydaddwch trwy gyflwyno ymarfer corff o ansawdd uchel, rhad ac am ddim a fforddiadwy.<\/p>\n<p>Rwyf hefyd yn eistedd ar fwrdd BUCS, Active Surrey a Sefydliad Olympaidd Prydain, sydd i gyd yn sefydliadau sy'n gwirionedd hyrwyddo amrywiaeth a chynhwysiant. Sut daethoch chi i ymwneud \u00e2'r sector Michael?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael:<\/strong> Trwy gydol y tair blynedd ddiwethaf, rwyf wedi datblygu angerdd dros ffitrwydd a dod yn ddefnyddiwr o fewn y sector. O ymarfer yn rheolaidd yn y gampfa, i fireinio fy arferion bwyta, i ymarferion cartref a arweinir gan ddylanwadwyr ffitrwydd yn fwy diweddar, mae ffitrwydd wedi newid ac yn parhau i theori fy mywyd ar sail ddyddiol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'n gampfa bob amser wedi bod yn noddfa i mi gan ei bod yn fy ngalluogi i gau allan o'ry byd ac, cyn gynted ag y byddaf yn rhoi fy nghlustffonau ymlaen, mae fy ffocws yn symud i ffwrdd o'r byd y tu allan i fy her ddyddiol i fod yn well na'r diwrnod o'r blaen. Fe wnaeth fy mhrofiadau cadarnhaol fel defnyddiwr fy anog i edrych ar gymhwyso fy nawn i gefnogi'r sector i ddatblygu ymhellach a ffynnu.<\/p>\n<p>Yr wyf wedi dod ar draws hyfforddwyr personol, maethegwyr, selogion ffitrwydd a llawer mwy o gefndir Du, Asiaidd a Lleiafrifoedd Ethnig (BAME) o fewn y sector nad ydynt yn unig yn meddu ar angerdd diymwad dros iechyd a lles, ond sy'n parhau i berffeithio eu crefft a'u busnes. Wedi dweud hyn, mae'n anodd anwybod rhai o'\u0986\u09b0 anghydraddoldebau o fewn y sector, gan gynnwys lefelau uwch o <a href=\"https:\/\/ukactive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Moving_Communities_Active_Leisure_Trends_2019.pdf\">anweithgarwch o fewn cymunedau BAME<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ganwyd:<\/strong> Mae hwnnw'n bwynt dilys. Mae adroddiadau'n parhau i gael eu cyhoeddi ar sut mae'r rheini o gefndiroedd Du, Asiaidd a Lleiafrifoedd Ethnig (BAME) yn fwy tebygol o fod yn anweithredol neu lai o ddim ymwneud \u00e2 chwaraeon confensiynol a gweithgaredd corfforol. Wrth i mi gynrychioli'r lleiafrif ar lefel bwrdd, rwy'n teimlo y gallai hyn fod yn rhannol oherwydd cynrychiolaeth cymunedau BAME mewn rolau bwrdd a gwneud penderfyniadau o ran dylunio rhaglenni i dargedu cymunedau amrywiol ledled y genedl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael:<\/strong> Mae hwn, yn arbennig hefyd, yn cyd-sain \u00e2 mi gan fod cynrychiolaeth yn rhywbeth sy'n hollbwysig iawn wrth gredu y gallwch gyflawni mawrhydi. Mae gweld pobl sy'n edrych fel chi ac yn uniaethu \u00e2' \u0d28\u0d3f\u0d19\u0d4d\u0d19\u0d33\u0d41\u0d1f\u0d46 frwydrau yn mynd y tu hwnt a'r disgwyl i wella eu hunain yn barhaus, yn gorfforol, yn feddyliol ac mewn llawer o ffyrdd eraill, yn effeithio ar yr yspreod i ddilyn yr un esiampl.<\/p>\n<p>Trwy roi llais dylanwadol i ystod ehangach o bobl yn y campfeydd a\u2019\u0642 yn y ystafelloedd bwrdd, cyflwynir ystod amrywiol o gynhyrchion a gwasanaethau i ddefnyddwyr sy\u2019n ddilys ac yn gyffrous fel ei gilydd. Marchnata sy\u2019n siarad \u00e2 chyfoeth o gymunedau mewn ffordd sy\u2019n gwneud iddynt deimlo eu bod yn cael eu gweld a\u2019u hannog ac, yn fwy na dim, synnwyr mwy o sicrwydd nad yw bod yn iach yn cael ei gyflawni yn unig trwy ddefnyddio dull un maint sy\u2019n ffitio pawb.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'n eithriadol o bwysig rhoi'r meicroffon proverbiol i bobl o amrywiaeth o gefndiroedd ethnig gwahanol er mwyn caniat\u00e1u i ran fusnes y sector fod mor amrywiaethol \u00e2'r defnyddwyr y mae'n eu gwasanaethu. Mae hyn yn cynnwys camau gweithredu uniongyrchol fel amrywio eich gweithlu, yn enwedig ar lefelau uwch, trwy gyflogi pobl BAME ar gyfer swyddi sy'n caniat\u00e1u gwir newid amlwg o fewn eich cwmn\u00efau, yn ogystal \u00e2 gwrando ar bobl BAME pan fyddwn yn mynegi ein rhwystredigaethau, a'\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306e ein cefnogi mewn ffordd diriaethol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ganwyd:<\/strong> Yn fy mhrofiad i, mae'n sector chwaraeon wedi cymryd cam enfawr wrth gydnabod ymdrechion cymunedau BAME ac unigolion sy'n hyrwyddo amrywiaeth mewn chwaraeon. Er gwaethaf rhoi llawer mwy o gydnabyddiaeth i gymunedau BAME ein sector, mae yna lawer o rwystrau o hyd y mae angen eu torri i lawr y teimlaf fod y diwydiant gweithgareddau a chwaraeon gyda'i gilydd yn eu goresgyn yn raddol. Mae'n rhain yn cynnwys agenebau megis marchnata chwaraeon a hamdden cynhwysol, a sicrhau bod pobl yn gwybod bod llawer mwy yno i gymryd rhan ynddo.<\/p>\n<p>Nid oedd fy nhaith erioed yn un syth ymlaen ond roedd cael mynediad at wybodaeth a chefnogaeth gan gyrff llywodraethu a chynghorau wedi fy ngalluogi i fod yn y sefyllfa yr wyf ynddi heddiw. Mae hyn yn dangos po bwysiced y mae cynhwysiant a amrywiaeth yn yr hinsawdd bresennol hon, ni thelerau ddigon bwysig yw hi i sefydliadau gael strategaeth amrywiaeth a chynhwysiant i gael mynediad at dalent ym mhob llwybr a diwylliant. Rwy'n cymeradwyo ac yn hyrwyddo Sport England ac eraill sy'n chwarae rhan sylfaenol wrth sicrhau bod llywodraethu sefydliadau a ariennir yn cynnwys cydraddoldeb, amrywiaeth a chynhwysiant fel rhan o'n diwylliant a'n cyflawniad busnes.<\/p>\n<p>Credaf fod ein sector yn chwarae rhan enfawr wrth ddarparu man diogel a chynhwysol i gymunedau aros yn gorfforol actif. Rydym yn gwneud newidiadau cadarnhaol ac ni all y sgwrs stopio yma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neges gan ukactive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>nod ukactive yw helpu ein aelodau i greu sector sy'n cael ei gyrchu a'i ddefnyddio gan bawb, gan alluogi pawb i fod yn aktif. Byddwn yn chwarae rhan allweddol wrth gefnogi'r sector i wneud newidiadau cadarnhaol i gefnogi cymunedau BAME yn well. Dyma rai o'r meysydd ffocws:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nodi ffyrdd i gynyddu cynrychiolaeth o bob cymuned a gr\u0175p ar bob lefel, fel bod y sector yn adlewyrchu'r cymunedau y mae'n eu gwasanaethu ac y caiff buddion gweithgaredd corfforol eu gwireddu gan bawb.<\/li>\n<li>Gweithio gyda Chwaraeon Lloegr i gynyddu ein dealltwriaeth o lefelau cyfranogiad BAME a sut y gallwn weithio i fynd i'\u200br afael ag anghydraddoldebau o amgylch lefelau gweithgaredd, a waethygwyd gan argyfwng presennol COVID-19.<\/li>\n<li>Hyrwyddo cynhwysiant a lleihau a dileu gwahaniaethu o unrhyw fath, gan ddarparu amgylchedd diogel a chroesawgar i bawb sy'n ymwneud \u00e2'r sector, a sicrhau bod pawb yn cael eu trin yn deg a chyda pharch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Byddwn yn sefydlu Gr\u0175p Cynghori Cynhwysiant mewnol, i gydlynu a rheoli ein gwaith cynhwysiant a\u2019i gyfathrebu mewn modd cyson. Byddwn yn nodi hyfforddiant a chymorth i\u2019n staff i sicrhau bod cynhwysiant wrth galon pob penderfyniad.<\/li>\n<li>Byddwn yn gweithio'n barhaus ag aelodau i lywio arfer gorau a rhoi sgiliau ychwanegol i'r sector i sicrhau bod ein sector yn lle i bawb. Mae hyn yn cynnwys adnoddau sydd ar gael i gefnogi aelodau i gefnogi cynulleidfaoedd BAME (a grwpiau allweddol eraill) y mae COVID-19 wedi effeithio arnynt yn anghymesur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Gweithio (a phartneru) \u00e2 se organizaciones arbenigol i barhau i wella a chynnal cynhwysiant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Rydym yn cydnabod ein potensial i arddangos ac ysbrydoli cydraddoldeb, amrywiaeth a chynnwys ar draws y sector.
