ehangach i ailagor yn ddiogel yn y DU \u2013 unwaith y bydd y Llywodraeth yn caniat\u00e1u iddynt wneud hynny.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r fframwaith wedi\u2019i adolygu by arbenigwyr meddygol annibynnol a Bwrdd Cynghorol Gwyddonol ukactive i sicrhau bod gweithredwyr ffitr\u00eas a hamdden yn seilio eu penderfyniadau gweithredol ar y tystiolaeth a\u2019r arweiniad gwyddonol gorau posibl.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r ddogfen hefyd wedi'i llywio gan arfer gorau o farchnad ryngwladol lle mae'r sector ar wahanol gamau o reoli pandemig COVID-19, ac fe'i cymeradwyir gan brif weithredwyr y DU.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd ukactive yn defnyddio'r fframwaith i lywio trafodaethau parhaus gyda'\u306e\u3060\u304c y Llywodraeth ar yr ailagor ar gyfer y sector, gan ddarparu'r mewnwelediad a'r arbenigedd gorau o'r sector i'r Llywodraeth.<\/p>\n<p>Wedi'i gynllunio i ddarparu'r sail i weithredwyr unigol ddatblygu eu arweiniad gweithredu technol eu hunain ar gyfer cwsmeriaid, staff a chadwyni cyflenwi, mae'r fframwaith wedi cael ymgynghori dwys \u00e2 chynrychiolwyr o blith aelodau ukactive \u2013 gan ystyried sefydliadau o bob maint, a'r sector cyhoeddus a phreifat fel a gilydd.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth ddisgwyl gofynion y Llywodraeth ar gyfer cadw pellter cymdeithasol parhaus unwaith y bydd ailagor yn dechrau, mae'r fframwaith yn cynnwys y meysydd a ganlyn ar gyfer gweithredu cyfleusterau yn ddiogel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gweithrediadau cyffredinol, megis gwybodaeth gyhoeddus, lles staff a glanweithio dwylo<\/li>\n<li>Glanhau<\/li>\n<li>Ardal dderbyn<\/li>\n<li>Ystafell newid \/ cawodydd \/ toiledau campfa<\/li>\n<li>Stiwdios<\/li>\n<li>Llysoedd\/neuaddau chwaraeon<\/li>\n<li>Pyllau d\u0175r a chyfleusterau ochr wlyb<\/li>\n<li>Caffis a bwytai<\/li>\n<li>Ffitrwydd awyr agored<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth cyntaf a achubwyr bywyd<\/li>\n<li>Amrywiol<\/li>\n<li>Anghenion gweithredol penodol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dywedodd Huw Edwards, prif swyddog gweithredol ukactive: \u201cNid yw\u2019r amserlen ar gyfer ailagor campfeydd a chanolfannau hamdden wedi\u2019i chadarnhau eto ac mae ukactive yn parhau i weithio gyda\u2019\u6027\u306e Llywodraeth ar y mater pwysig hwn.\".<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGobeithiwn y bydd datblygiad y fframwaith hwn yn rhoi\u2019r gefnogaeth i\u2019r Llywodraeth y mae ei hangen arni wrth iddi gynllunio ailagor ein sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBydd hefyd yn cynnig cefnogaeth hanfodol i'\u6211\u4eec\u7684 aelodau wrth iddynt gynllunio eu hymddangosiad o'r cyfnod clo trwy roi diogelwch aelodau a staff yn gyntaf.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWrth lunio'r canllaw hwn gyda ni, mae ein aelodau wedi dangos eu undod cyfunol i fynd i'r afael \u00e2'r argyfwng hwn gyda'n gilydd, a' \u0d94\u0dc0\u0dd4\u0db1\u0dca cyfrifoldeb a rhannwyd dros iechyd a lles y genedl.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEr bod y fframwaith hwn yn cynnig cefnogaeth uniongyrchol i weithredwyr wrth iddynt gynllunio ar gyfer y dyfodol, mae ein aelodau'n parhau i wynebu pwysau ariannol mawr \u2013 o
