Mae ukactive a Sport England wedi cyhoeddi heddiw (6 Mehefin) ddatblygiad platfform dysgu arweinyddiaeth newydd sydd wedi'i gynllunio i drawsnewid rhannu gwybodaeth yn the sector gweithgaredd corfforol \u2013 un o bump o brosiectau mawr sy'n cael eu lansio dros y 18 mis nesaf fel rhan o bartneriaeth newydd rhwng y sefydliadau.<\/p>\n

Wedi'u gosod i lansio yn ddiweddarach eleni, bydd y Cymunedau Dysgu yn gweithredu trwy blatfform ar-lein sy'n caniat\u00e1u i arweinwyr yn sector gweithgaredd corfforol drafod materion dybryd a meysydd o ddiddordeb, o risgiau sy'n dod i'r amlwg, i gael pobl ifanc yn fwy egn\u00efol ac arwe\u9886\u5bfciaeth menywod.<\/p>\n

Trwy rannu\u2019r hyn sy\u2019n gweithio, bydd sefydliadau sy\u2019n gweithio mewn chwaraeon, ffitrwydd a hamdden yn gallu gwella eu gweithrediadau i helpu mwy o bobl i fod yn egn\u00efol.<\/p>\n

Gwnaed the cyhoeddiad heddiw o flaen arweinwyr o bob rhan o'r sector yn y Gwrthryfel Cefnogol<\/a> gynhadledd, yn cael ei chynnal ym Manceinion.<\/p>\n

Mae'n cynrychioli cam cyntaf y gwaith o dan bartneriaeth rhwng Chwaraeon Lloegr<\/a> ac ukactive sy'n anelu at gyfrannu at ddatblygiad sector chwaraeon a gweithgaredd corfforol sy'n canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer, yn effeithlon ac yn gynaliadwy.<\/p>\n

Bydd pum prosiect arloesol newydd yn dechrau cymryd si\u00e2p o haf eleni, gyda'r Cymunedau Dysgu yn ffurfio rhan o ffrwd Gweithlu \u2013 yn gweithio'n agos gyda CIMSPA<\/a> \u2013 sy'n anelu at gefnogi arweinwyr ledled y sector drwy feithrin rhwydweithiau cryfach a ph\u0644\u0627\u062afformau rhannu gwybodaeth.<\/p>\n

Y pedwar ffrwd arall yw Digidol, Cynhwysiant, Ymgyrchoedd a Seilwaith.<\/p>\n

Bydd y Cymunedau Dysgu yn dechrau cael eu cyflwyno yn hwyrach eleni i sefydliadau sy'n dod yn aelod neu'n bartner strategol o ukactive, sydd ar hyn o bryd yn cynrychioli 4,000 o aelodau ledled y sector.<\/p>\n

Mae cyrhaeddedd a lled aelodau a rhanddeiliaid ukactive yn golygu bod y corff iechyd dielw hwn yn y sefyllfa berffaith i gynnal y Cymunedau Dysgu, sydd wedi'u sefydlu gyda chymorth cyllid y Loteri Genedlaethol, a ddarperir trwy Sport England.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Huw Edwards, Prif Weithredwr Dros Dro ukactive:<\/strong> \u201cBydd y Cymunedau Dysgu yn rhoi offeryn newydd pwerus i'n sector yn ei genhadaeth i gael mwy o bobl, yn fwy egn\u00efol, yn amlach.<\/p>\n

\u201cBob dydd mae sefydliadau ledled y sector gweithgaredd corfforol yn creu atebion arloesol newydd i gael mwy o bobl yn fywiog, yn ogystal \u00e2 mynd i'r afael \u00e2'\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30de\u30f3\u30b9 heriau mawr sy'n wynebu ein sector, ond mae rhannu'r profiadau hyn wedi bod yn gyfyngedig i Active Uprising, y Uwchgynhadledd Genedlaethol a llond llaw o ddigwyddiadau mawr eraill bob blwyddyn.<\/p>\n

\u201cEdrychwn ymlaen at ddatblygu'r gwaith hwn ac ymgysylltu \u00e2'r sector \u00e2 hwn a ffrydio eraill sydd ar y gweill o dan y bartneriaeth bwysig hon gyda Sport England.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Tim Hollingsworth, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol Sport England:<\/strong> \u201cRydym wrth ein bodd yn lansio ein partneriaeth strategol gyda ukactive gyda\u2019r platfform dysgu a datblygu \u2013 sydd wedi\u2019i gynllunio i o Fudd i bob sefydliad sy\u2019n gweithio i helpu pobl i fod yn egn\u00efol drwy rannu arfer da a dysgkyl a seiliedig ar dystiolaeth ar yr hyn sy\u2019n gweithio a\u2019r hyn nad yw\u2019n gweithio.<\/p>\n

\u201cByddwn hefyd yn annog creu cyfleusterau sy\u2019n hygyrch a chroesawgar i ddenu mwy o gwsmeriaid a thorri\u2019r rhwystrau i grwpiau fel menywod, pobl anabl a grwpiau BAME sydd ar hyn o bryd yn llai tebygol o fod yn actif.<\/p>\n

\u201cAc mae dau ffactor pwysig arall o\u2019r gwaith yn ymgyrchu i ysbrydoli pobl i fod yn egn\u00efol a chefnogi seilwaith da yn y sector gweithgaredd corfforol.<\/p>\n
