Mae hyn yn cynnwys cyflwyno pecyn tir a d\u0175r Good Boost, rhaglen chwe wythnos Escape Pain, canllawiau a boreau coffi Action Arthritis, a The Active Standard ukactive. Bydd hefyd yn edrych i ddeall effeithiolrwydd llwybrau atgyfeirio o leoliadau clinigol i gyfleuster hamdden a gwerthusiad achos busnes ar gyfer model y Canolfannau MSK.<\/p><p>Mae'r prosiect hwn wedi'i rannu'n ddwy gyfnod. Mae cyfnod un wedi'i gwblhau, lle dechreuodd y ddarpariaeth mewn 15 campfa. Dechreuodd cyfnod 2 ym mis Mawrth 2023, lle ehangwyd y ddarpariaeth i 85 o fechgyn, pyllau a chanolfannau hamdden ychwanegol.
