Only one applicant per member organisation.

Applicants must confirm that they can dedicate the required time to commit to this role.

Applicants must sign and agree that they adhere to all of the acknowledgements listed on the application form, including ability to act as a Director and conflict of interest declaration

Supporting references must be received from two senior individuals (e.g. CEO, Director) from separate existing ukactive member organisations for the application to be valid. These cannot come from the applicant’s own organisation.

The roles are elected on initial three-year terms and are not remunerated. The role will be eligible to stand for re-election for a further two three-year terms on the ukactive Board.

Board meetings are held quarterly, with the majority held in person at the ukactive office in London. Board members are expected to devote such time as is necessary to perform their duties. This is expected to be up to eight days per year on company business after the induction phase.
